A Little Change

So I've decided that this blog has a little too much inspiration/nonsense and not enough of my actual work. From now on I will dedicate this blog to my work alone and you can visit everysixmonths.blogspot.com for the 'everything else'.

Crystals

I've never really been into crystals but I might be now seeing how great these pieces of jewelry look on ModCloth. The All Mine necklace has a beautiful caramel/ firy hue and the Crystalised ring has that lovely filigree edge. So nice!

Summertime

Happy Summer! So today is the first day of summer (except it's been feeling like summer for the past month in Baltimore) and also the "longest day" of the year. So if you're around these parts, enjoy the ample amounts of daylight!

Une Femme est Une Femme

Tonight I plan on watching Une Femme est Une Femme, another film by Jean-Luc Godard made in 1961. I'm really enjoying french new wave. But in the meantime, I'm watching my cat dream about running (or so I figure, her little paws are moving) and waiting for the perfect moment to place a bid on eBay for a camera.

Topknots

Goal: To one day have enough hair growing out of my head to wear a decent topknot.

Anjelica Huston

So I've watched The Royal Tenenbaums far too many times recently, but I simply can't help it, the colors are so vivid and the soundtrack is really good. Very inspiring. And I totally see why Wes Anderson uses Anjelica Huston in just about every movie - she's so terribly glamorous and beautiful.
