Une Femme est Une Femme

Tonight I plan on watching Une Femme est Une Femme, another film by Jean-Luc Godard made in 1961. I'm really enjoying french new wave. But in the meantime, I'm watching my cat dream about running (or so I figure, her little paws are moving) and waiting for the perfect moment to place a bid on eBay for a camera.

Anjelica Huston

So I've watched The Royal Tenenbaums far too many times recently, but I simply can't help it, the colors are so vivid and the soundtrack is really good. Very inspiring. And I totally see why Wes Anderson uses Anjelica Huston in just about every movie - she's so terribly glamorous and beautiful.

Movies

Pierrot Le Fou by Jean-Luc Godard

High and Low by Akira Kurosawa (this American trailer doesn't really do the movie justice. I watched it in Japanese with English subtitles)

Motorcycle Diaries by Walter Salles (once again, this is the dubbed trailer)

The Royal Tenenbaums
by Wes Anderson (this one didn't call for dubbing or subtitles)

I've been watching a lot of movies lately, some for the first time and some for the second or third. These were some of my favs.
